Hi, I’m Elizabeth — founder of The Listen Lounge.
I’ve spent my life learning how to listen — not just to words, but to what people really need
to say. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, my foundation is rooted in understanding
human behavior, emotional needs, and the power of compassionate communication.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children on the autism spectrum, led teams in high-
pressure retail environments, and managed operations in the construction industry — all
roles that required patience, empathy, and clear, thoughtful listening.
But beyond titles and experience, I’m also a wife and a mother — roles that taught me how
important it is to be fully present when someone needs to talk. I’ve been the go-to listener in
my family, friend group, and workplace for as long as I can remember.
That’s why I created The Listen Lounge — a calm, judgment-free space where your
thoughts, emotions, and voice are not only welcome, but valued.
